Gratitude from Mozambique

Church leaders in Mozambique indicate that the churches and schools built by Maranatha have brought significant growth to the Adventist Church in that country.

Membership has increased by 30,000 people in the last three years. Tithes and offerings have also grown. Sixty-two churches built by Maranatha in Mozambique are home to adult literacy classes attended by more than 1,250 people.

Nearly 1,100 students are attending classes in schools built by Maranatha.

“The work of Maranatha in Mozambique had so high a dimension that it is impossible for us to measure,” says Dilson Bezerra, Vice President of the

Mozambique Union. “Maybe in eternity we can have an accurate report of what God has done in Mozambique through Maranatha.”
