Churches and Schools in Zimbabwe
Maranatha volunteers arrived in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe in January 2011 to help build two large school campuses and churches in the surrounding area. By the time the volunteers left the One-Day School classrooms were up and ready for students.
Already, the school is making an impact in the community. Enrollment is growing rapidly.
Since the One-Day Churches were built, attendance has significantly improved. There has been an increase in the number of baptisms where One-Day Structures have been constructed, as it is now easier to invite people to come to a beautiful structure.
Church officials also indicate that remarkable growth has been seen in tithes and offerings as well as involvement in church services and programs. |
