New School in Honduras

Thanks to One-Day School donors and about 600 volunteers, a new school will soon be completed in Choluteca, Honduras. The town has had a very successful Adventist School for some time, but the school meets at an old facility that is bursting at the seams.

Maranatha is building a brand new secondary campus that will accommodate 1,200 students. A total of 34 One-Day School classrooms will complement a large Education and Evangelism Center that is also under construction.

Volunteers are playing a critical role in the construction process at the school. A total of six different volunteer projects will contribute to the construction. Space is still available on the Summer Family Project in June.
